It is designed to help you understand how we operate and what to expect when engaging our services.

About us

Extra Mile Financial Services provides credit assistance and support services, including home loans and other finance solutions.

We act as a Credit Representative under the relevant Australian Credit Licence and operate in accordance with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Our services

Our services may include:

  • Assessing your financial situation and objectives

  • Providing credit assistance and recommendations

  • Helping you apply for credit products

  • Acting as an intermediary between you and lenders

Final approval of any credit application is always at the discretion of the lender.

How we are paid

If a loan we assist with is approved and settles, we may receive:

  • An upfront commission from the lender

  • A trail commission while the loan remains active

These commissions are paid by the lender and do not involve an additional cost to you.
Any fees payable directly by you will be clearly disclosed and agreed in advance.

Lender relationships

We work with a panel of lenders and are not restricted to recommending a single provider. Our goal is to recommend options that suit your circumstances and long-term objectives.

Conflicts of interest

We take reasonable steps to identify and manage any potential conflicts of interest and are committed to acting in your best interests at all times.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Receive clear and honest information

  • Understand why a product is recommended

  • Ask questions and seek clarification

  • Lodge a complaint if you are dissatisfied

External dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) for independent and free dispute resolution.
